Thank you!

Thank you for completing the intake form. The details provided will help get a head start on completing your audit. Please be assured that all details are private and encrypted.

Now the form is complete, I’ll review the details and be in touch if there is any further information required. If everything I need is there, I’ll get to work as soon as possible.

What happens next?

Now I have all the details required, I will create an account on the client dashboard for you. You can access this account by going to clients.danderton.co.uk or by following the link in the email you’ll receive shortly. From the dashboard, you’ll be able to view your audit progress (under projects), view and pay invoices, submit support requests and more.

Your audit will be started as soon as the details submitted have been reviewed and verified. If there are any delays, I’ll be in touch.

Billing

The cost of your audit will have already been agreed with you and unless otherwise agreed. An invoice will be generated for the full amount the day the audit begins. This is due within 7 days.

Please take the time to read the FAQ below to ensure you understanding the billing process for my audits.

Cancellation / Refunds

You may cancel your audit at any point before it starts without any cost to you.

If your audit has already started, you may cancel within the first 7 days and will be invoiced for the hours already used (all work is tracked in hours). If you have already paid for your audit, you will be refunded the amount paid minus the cost of hours already worked. Hourly work is charged at £20.

Audits cancelled after 7 days of them starting are not refundable. If you decide to cancel on day 8, the full cost of the audit will still be due.

If you decide to cancel your audit, no details of the audit, it’s progress or results will be passed on to you, regardless of the progress made.

Why pay within 7 days of starting?

I ask that invoices are paid within 7 days of the audit starting as there are costs involved in completing SEO audits, these costs are not refundable to me. This also gives me some insurance against completing all work, handing over the audit findings and not being paid.

If invoices are not paid within 7 days of the audit starting, the audit will be put on hold and no further work will be completed until all invoices are cleared. Again, this is to help prevent me completing work that doesn’t get paid for.

How long will the audit take?

Most audits take around 2 to 3 weeks. But timescales may vary depending on several factors including the information you’re able to provide, the size and complexity of your website and any unforeseen circumstances that may crop up.

When do you want me to sign the NDA?

The NDA will be sent to do after the audit is completed. It must be signed and sent back before a copy of the audit can be sent to you. Please note that signing the NDA is not required, you will still be sent all the details you need to work through and correct the points checked! If you’re happy to just receive a copy of the recommendations and implementation steps, then there is no need to sign the NDA.

If you would rather not sign the NDA, you will not be sent any of the following:
The full completed audit
Supporting documentation
Details on how checks were performed
